The role will provide end-to-end case management to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) with bank partners are consistently met. Manage the full case lifecycle—from case submission through PRU underwriting assessment to policy issuance—supporting the achievement of business objectives.Act as a key support to our partnership bank frontlines by providing pre-case consultation, case discussion, and negotiation with PRU internal stakeholders (e.g. HNW, Underwriting, ERM).
