We are looking for a dependable Assistant Chef to support daily kitchen operations, including preparing breakfast bee hoon, lunch economy rice, selected Zi Char dishes, and basic beverages such as coffee and tea. The role requires someone who can multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing and cooking breakfast items such as bee hoon, noodles, fried items, and side dishes
- Assist in preparing and cooking economy rice dishes (meat, vegetables, tofu, etc.)
- Support cooking of selected Zi Char dishes (e.g., fried rice, stir‑fry dishes)
- Prepare local beverages such as coffee, tea, and other drinks
- Handle food preparation tasks (cutting, marinating, basic cooking)
