Join our team as an Assistant Chief Flight Attendant focused on training and operations. You'll support the Chief Flight Attendant in creating and conducting essential training programs.
Ideal candidates will hold a High School diploma and have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as a flight attendant. You will be responsible for developing training materials and overseeing the distribution and maintenance of exam files. In this capacity, you will also facilitate classroom training and support team development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing written exams for flight attendants
• Oversee grading and retention procedures for exams
• Conduct training sessions, both in classroom and in-flight
• Manage online integration and verification processes
