Assistant Chief Operating Officer for Operations

The Department of Mental Health (DMH) at Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital (WRCH) is seeking a dynamic and strategic administrator to serve as the Assistant Chief Operating Officer for Operations (ACOO) to provide effective leadership, administration and clinical functions in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The selected candidate, under the direction of the COO, is responsible for ensuring that all departments provide quality services and are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards including, but not limited to, those established by The Joint Commission (TJC), the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Public Health (DPH) and the Board of Registration in Medicine (BORIM), the Division of Labor, Division on Labor Standards (DLS).
