Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring smooth patient flow.
- Ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently and clinic resources are optimally utilised.
- Handle operational issues and resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring and leave planning.
- Foster teamwork and maintain positive staff morale.
- Manage patient feedback, complaints and service recovery efforts.
- Monitor daily collections, deposits and billing accuracy.
- Ensure proper handling of cash, credit card transactions and claims submissions.
- Support month-end reconciliation and reporting processes.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on pending payments.
- Chairside dental assisting and attend to patient's comfort during treatment.
