Assistant Commercial Manager
We are seeking an Assistant Commercial Manager to support the commercial team in the successful delivery of commercial fit‑out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with subcontractor procurement and package management
- Supporting the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Monitoring project costs and reporting against budgets
- Assisting with cost forecasting and cash flow management
- Reviewing subcontractor applications and payments
- Supporting the commercial management team with contract administration
- Building relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ideal Candidate
- Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Previous experience within construction or commercial fit‑out
