Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience (Hourly non-exempt position)

Requirements
+ At least two years of experience in on-site property management.
+ Minimum of one year experience as Assistant Community Manager on an apartment community.
+ Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
