Job Description
The Assistant C&B Manager is responsible for supporting the design, developing of employee compensation and benefit schemes, and all other areas relating to remuneration and reward in the organization and compliance with local and SEA labor regulations.
Working Location : Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)
You will play an important role to:
- Assist in yearly budget preparation, including monitoring personnel cost utilization and budget adjustments.
- Assist in annual performance review exercises and the preparation of salary increment, bonus, and promotion proposals.
- Assist in the development of salary structures, compensation frameworks, and benefit programs to ensure competitive and equitable practices.
- Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
