Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and strategic support to project teams in the identification, notification, and preparation of variations and claims, including applications for extensions of time and related loss and expense claims.
- Support, where required, the preparation of tender submissions and contract documentation, including drafting and managing all contractual correspondence.
- Establish and maintain proper control of all contract-related records and documentation, including communications with subcontractors and relevant reports.
- Review project correspondence and recommend suitable response approaches, highlighting any potential contractual or commercial risks or implications.
