Assistant Controller – Lost Pines Toyota
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to support the financial operations of a busy automotive dealership. This role works closely with the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient accounting processes across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports
- Reconcile schedules, accounts, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Review and process vehicle deals for proper accounting treatment and compliance
