Position Responsibilities
:
Manage day-to-day accounting and month-end close processes, including review of work performed by accounting staff and completion of variance analysis Responsible for financial management reports, including internal monthly financial statements and internal reporting for management Supervision of accounting staff Oversee annual audits and tax preparation processes Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and improve team efficiency Perform technical accounting research and provide written and verbal analysis to management, as applicable Oversee treasury management functions including warehouse facility projections, cash utilization, and liquidity analyses Assist in preparation and review of budgets and forecasts Assist the Finance and Accounting team i...
