Position: Assistant Controller – Onsite
Role Overview This role supports the Controller in overseeing the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. The Assistant Controller is a key contributor to month-end close, budgeting, audits, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee daily accounting operations (general ledger, AP/AR)
+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and lender compliance reporting
+ Reconcile balance sheet accounts and fixed asset entries
+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
+ Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
+ Coordinate internal and external audits
+ Develop and maintain internal controls
+ File annual property tax
+ Supervise and mentor accounting staff
