Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Cook to join our team in a fast-paced, small kitchen environment. This position is ideal for someone who works cleanly, efficiently, and can handle multiple tasks during service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely in an all-electric kitchen
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and station setup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas
- Restock inventory and communicate low stock items
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
- Work collaboratively with front and back of house team members
