Strategic Planning & Business Execution
- Execute the Customer Business Plan: Lead end-to-end implementation of Customer JBP for IC Category, reporting directly to Head of Sales.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with customers and operation team to deliver business plans. Collaborate with CSP / Shopper Marketing and Brand Team to build account-specific activation plans.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze customer sales performance. Actively work on business recovery plans to address business loss.
- Strategy Execution: Secure market leadership by successfully landing category strategies at operation level.
- Develop Integrated Promo Plans: Develop and implement the customer promo plan (incl. selling the plan at the customer) and managing promo investments.
