About the Role:We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Customer Service Manager to join our growing team.
Working on a permanent full-time basis, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing customer service enquiries from various channels
- Hiring, training and managing new employees
- Managing escalated customer enquiries
You’re sharp, hardworking, attentive to detail, intuitive, reliable and extremely organised. You thrive well under pressure and are excited at the thought of working in a fast‑paced and exciting role. You must also possess the following:
