We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant/ Deputy HR Manager responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s compensation and benefits structures, payroll processes, and HR systems. This role involves ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, optimizing payroll operations, and providing strategic direction on compensation and benefits matters to support the company's objectives. This role will be based within Mount Faber Leisure Group (MFLG).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of HR in designing, reviewing and implementing proactive compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies, aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to management on compensation, benefits, incentives, and reward-related matters.
