Thames Pacific is seeking an Assistant Development Manager to support the delivery of residential property development projects from feasibility through to construction completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–5 years’ experience in construction, quantity surveying, or property development who is looking to broaden their exposure across the full development lifecycle.
About the Role
Reporting to the Development Manager, you will provide hands-on support across feasibility, procurement, construction delivery, contract administration, and financial reporting.
You will work closely with consultants, contractors, councils, and internal stakeholders to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required compliance standards.
