Job Description
**Role Purpose**
This role supports the marketing team by managing a practical Martech set-up for effective and trackable digital campaigns. Focused on improving campaign and event performance, the role helps make data and tools easier to use in daily marketing work, and supports the team in improving targeting, content, and channel performance. This role sits within the marketing team and works closely with campaign, data, and IT teams to support day-to-day campaign execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Martech Setup & Marketing Capability Enablement**
+ Manage core marketing tools (e.g., sCRM, campaign tracking, automation platforms)
+ Ensure systems are stable, connected, and easy to use for marketing teams
+ Support campaign setup, tagging, and audience segmentation
+ Help build a reliable data foundation for campaign tracking and performance analysis
