About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Assistant Director to support the execution of high-quality, engaging short-form content for kids. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands digital storytelling, and can manage on-set chaos with calm efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in planning and executing shoots from pre-production to post-production
- Coordinate with cast, crew, and production teams to ensure smooth shoot flow
- Manage shot divisions, scheduling, and on-ground execution
- Ensure timelines are met while maintaining content quality
