The Opportunity
Join EY's Business Development team to drive growth, client satisfaction, and strategic pursuits across key accounts in MENA and Growth Markets. This role is client‑centric market‑facing and requires the ability to leverage EY's global network to deliver solutions that meet complex client needs. You will work closely with service line leaders, Regional Managing Partners and BD teams to execute go‑to‑market strategies, manage account pipelines and lead high‑value pursuits.
Key Responsibilities- Client Leadership & Relationship Management: Establish trusted long‑term relationships with clients, particularly at the C level; act as a consultative advisor identifying client needs and proposing solutions that add measurable value.
