The opportunity

Our due diligence work assesses a target company’s finances and business projections, identifies opportunities and risks, and reports findings to clients, banks, investors and other parties.
You will collaborate with experienced due diligence professionals, develop your skills across sectors, and may travel within the UK or internationally. Work is typically part of broader cross‑service line teams.
