Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Director, Revenue Operations Technology leads the Revenue Operations Technology team and is responsible for overall operation, maintenance, and support of key revenue systems for UDX. This role is responsible for the implementation, support and upgrade of critical business applications and system availability. Working with key leadership, this role ensures all systems are monitored and fully operational to support the growth of Universal Destination and Experiences. This role requires extensive technical expertise in point-of-sale systems and processes.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Facilitate the implementation and support of Point of Sales systems for merchandise and Food & Beverage revenue operations teams.
+ Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
