Requirements
- Matric/NQF Level 4 Certificate plus a recognised National Diploma/Degree in Labour Relations, and Human Resource Management (NQF Level 6) or equivalent.
- At least 3–5 years’ experience in the Labour Relations environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Labour Relations Act, Public Service legislations and policies related to Human Resource Management.
- Advanced experience in the development, implementation, and interpretation of Labour Relations policies and procedures.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Labour Relations statutes.
- Sound knowledge of International Labour Organisation (ILO).
