About the Role
The Assistant Director (Legal) supports the work of NTUC Foundation in its grant-making, fund-raising and community impact initiatives across the Labour Movement.
The role will provide legal, governance and risk advisory support to ensure that NTUC Foundation’s programmes, partnerships, grants, donations and stakeholder engagements are structured and administered in a sound, compliant and mission-aligned manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal and governance support to NTUC Foundation on its operations, charity governance, grant-making, fund-raising, donor arrangements, programme partnerships and community impact initiatives.
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documents relating to foundation work, including integration of charity units, grant agreements, donation agreements, sponsorship agreements, memoranda of understanding, service agreements, partnership agreements,...
