Job Purpose
Plan, manage, implement, and supervise M&E systems for major infrastructure projects, ensuring integration with overall development objectives and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, development and implementation of M&E systems, including building services, utilities networks and infrastructure solutions from conceptualisation through to completion.
- Collaborate and facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners on major infrastructure projects from project inception to handover.
- Responsible for project management, including the review and assessment of consultants’ designs, and the coordination of M&E installation and utilities infrastructures throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Develop detailed M&E implementation programme and strategy.
