Job Description
Mandatory Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare, Hospital, Public, or Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field, and three (3) years of full-time experience in program, systems, or procedural development and management, including one (1) year in a managerial or supervisory capacity; or
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and four (4) years of relevant full-time experience, including two (2) years in a managerial or supervisory capacity; or
- A satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative management, program development, research and analysis, and operational improvement.
