Responsibilities
- Direct sales team to manage account base to maximize performance across all revenue streams (Corporate, Leisure & Groups).
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to ensure plans are executed, results are monitored, and goals are achieved—including launching tactical promotions when required.
- Analyze revenue performance, understand profit contribution to GOP, and monitor the sales department’s impact on hotel profitability.
- Constantly evaluate business potential and opportunities in new geographical markets and across new market segments.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget, the hotel marketing plan, business plan, and financial plans.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and assist in marketing intelligence.
