Job Description
What the role is:
You are responsible for systematic manpower data trending, modelling, and projection to inform the Republic of Singapore Navy's (RSN) manpower strategies and support policy development for Regulars, NSFs, and NSmen. You will also assess qualitative data to provide a holistic analysis of the manpower landscape, and prepare manpower projections and studies for recruitment, retention, and training establishments to optimise resource allocation across the RSN.What you will be working on:
- Monitor and analyse internal and external HR trends affecting the RSN to support manpower plans and policy development for Regulars, NSFs, and NSmen- Prepare manpower projections and studies for recruitment, retention, and training to optimise resource allocation- Assess qualitative data to provide a holistic view of the manpower landscape- Work with key stakeholders on manpower-related matters to ensure the future workforce structure is manpower supportableChallenge(s...
