Job Description
You will lead a team whose role is to drive security education and learning transformation for MINDEF/SAF.
What you will be working on:You will be directing and coordinating learning and development across the defence community to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of key security appointment holders in MINDEF/SAF. You will be responsible for ensuring that the competency mapping, curriculum planning, content creation and conduct of training to key security appointment holders remain relevant through learning needs analysis and research.
What we are looking for:You should have a tertiary education and demonstrated work experience and achievements in education, learning and development, instructional design or training. You should have strong leadership, design thinking and creative ability. You should display good security instincts, and have a reasonable understanding of security threats.
