[What the role is]
As Head of Department of Learning Excellence, the Assistant Director provides strategic and operational leadership over SSI's CET quality management, outcome evaluation, adult educator management, and sector digitalisation capability development functions.[What you will be working on]
- Leading SSI's quality assurance efforts for sector CET, including managing course endorsement processes with respective funding bodies, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and funding requirements.
- Developing and overseeing frameworks for evaluating the effectiveness and impact of SSI's training programmes, including designing evaluation methodologies, analysing data, and translating findings into actionable improvements.
- Overseeing the management and quality assurance of SSI's adult educator (AE) pool, including onboarding, engagement, and ongoing development of AEs to ensure access to a diverse and capable network of sector p...
