Summary of the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Director, Talent Development & Engagement to lead MOHH’s work in talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and culture-building.
This is a meaningful opportunity for an experienced HR professional who wants to shape how we identify, develop and engage our people across the organisation. The role will strengthen our leadership pipeline, drive more structured talent and succession planning practices, and build integrated development and engagement initiatives that support both organisational priorities and employee growth.
