Assistant Director (Team Lead, End User Technology)

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled candidate to lead the End User Tech (EUT) team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless IT support and endpoint experience across SP Group. The successful candidate will oversee desktop technologies, manage endpoint lifecycle and configurations, and work closely with the Service Desk to deliver high-quality support to all staff. The role also involves leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, coordinating with infrastructure and security teams, and driving continuous improvement in user experience.
What You'll Do: Lead the EUT team in managing email, audio visual, communication systems (e.g. IP Telephony and voice gateway) and endpoint platforms including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android devices using Intune, SCCM, and GPO.
