Assistant Engineer, Environmental Control Systems Job Purpose
You will lead and supervise a team of Technical Officers in performing both preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation system which consist of large water-cooled chillers, water pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, mechanical ventilation fans, etc. including tunnel ventilation system (tunnel ventilation and tunnel booster fans).
Responsibilities- Prepare and submit monthly work schedules. Ensure all monthly maintenance work orders are scheduled and carried out as planned and are closed promptly.
- Ensure that all works carried out comply strictly with the statutory Codes of Practices, approved work instruction / task list, in-house Work Safety Manual, Quality Procedures and Quality Assurance System etc.
