Job Description
Key Duties
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade equipment
- Provide technical support and servicing
- Diagnose equipment faults, perform electronic and mechanical troubleshooting
- Support machine setup, modification, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities
- Assist Senior Engineers in higher-level technical work
- Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and maintenance records
- Attend meetings, technical discussions, and presentations
- Support customers to ensure smooth equipment operation and high service standards
- Perform 24x7 standby duties based on roster assignments
- Work closely with team members / customers to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction
