Job Description
- Manage reception and customer service, including calls, walk-ins, and deliveries
- Provides basic first aid and overseas student welfare items like uniforms and lost & found
- Liaises with parents and students on documents and MC submissions
- Handles printing, filing, and student report book administration
- Supports general office tasks and ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements: - Experience in customer service or admin support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to perform basic first aid when needed
- Proficient in general office tasks
- Organised and able to multitask effectively
