Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Application & System Support Act as primary or secondary IT contact person for assigned business applications, including but not limited to: Merimen, TMoL, Dobuflo System, StreamServe, Premium System, Sun Accounting, etc.
Provide daily application support to business users to ensure smooth system operations. 2. User Support & Incident Handling Deliver users' support, troubleshooting and error reporting for supported systems. Receive, assess and respond to application-related incidents reported by users in accordance with IT incident management procedures. Coordinate with internal IT team members and vendors to resolve system issues and restore services promptly. 3. UAT & Change Support Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support during system enhancements, fixes or configuration changes.
Assist in validating system fixes and confirming resolution with end users before closure of incidents. 4. Operational & Coordination Duties
