Your new role
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a residential property portfolio, managing assets from onboarding through occupancy and exit.Coordinate move‑in and move‑out activities, ensuring properties meet readiness, compliance, and safety requirements.Monitor maintenance, inspections, and contractor performance to ensure service delivery standards are met.Support compliance, risk management, and safety practices across all properties.Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, procurement, and vendor management.Act as a key point of contact fo...
