We are looking for a proactive individual with experience in facilities or cleaning services who can effectively supervise frontline teams, manage resources responsibly and work collaboratively with stakeholders across ISS.
This role requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and the ability to communicate confidently with customers and different levels of management.
Key Responsibilities
Support the contract management team in service delivery, system development and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and maintain a safe, secure working environment. Manage rostering of facility Placemakers, ensuring contractual cover and managing sickness and planned absences.
