Operational Support: Assist in supervising the daily operations of restaurants bars and other F&B outlets to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Team Management: Support the F&B Manager in scheduling training and supervising staff. Promote teamwork morale and a positive working environment.
Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to obtain feedback resolve issues and ensure satisfaction with food quality and service.
Service Standards: Monitor service procedures to ensure compliance with company standards hygiene and safety regulations.
Inventory & Cost Control: Assist in managing inventory levels stock rotation and cost control measures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
