Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in agriculture / B.Sc. Agriculture or relevant agricultural background.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Requirements:
Interest in farmer engagement, demonstrations, and agricultural sales.
Ability to support field trials, crop monitoring, and product demonstrations.
Willingness to travel in agricultural areas.
Understanding of soil science, crop nutrition, and the benefits of organic matter
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target related to Fertilizer business
Conduct on-farm trials and demonstrations for biogas, biofertilizer, and biochar-based products.
Support sales teams in technical activities and farmer engagement.
Collect field data, farmer feedback, and assist in product promotion and market development.
Complete fluency in the local languages and dialects spoken by the target farming communities
