Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Creates variance analysis reports and financial models. Leads real-time financial performance monitoring. Escalates any financial issues to management. Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
- Professional levelQualifications in Accounting /Business finance like CA/CPA
- Experience working with providers or health insurance companies in the UAE
- Knowledge & understanding of financial accounting & transactions
- 5+ years of experience as Finance Preferably in the healthcare/ insurance sector with sound knolwedge in the RCMprocessand management reporting experience in big corporations/ MNCs preferably in the healthcare sector
- Strong attention to detail
