Responsibilities- Prepare financial statements on time each month, quarter, and year, following SFRS.
- Monitor and report on Work-in-Progress (WIP) to ensure accurate revenue and cost tracking.
- Support IPO readiness activities such as financial due diligence, audit preparation, and compliance with listing requirements.
- Manage financial reports and analysis to help guide business decisions.
- Consolidate financial reports accurately and on schedule for all company entities.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for cost control.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including GST, corporate tax, and transfer pricing.
