Job Description
The Assistant Financial Controller will play a key role in managing the Finance Department and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Financial Controller in overseeing the day‑to‑day management of the Finance Department.
- Supervise key accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, and General Ledger.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure appropriate financial controls are in place.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to budgeting processes and cost‑control initiatives across the property.
