Assistant Financial Manager
- Location: Cape Town (on-site)
- Type: Full-time, permanent
- Salary: R50,000 to R54,000 per month
Heres what you will do:
- Oversee monthly financial reconciliations, journals, and cashbook postings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review and refine retail finance outputs, from POS cash-ups to banking reconciliations.
- Take ownership of financial systems and SOP adherence, performing quarterly internal reviews and identifying areas for improvement.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, validating team inputs and surfacing key insights for the Head of Finance.
- Champion automation and system integration projects, training the team and supporting change initiatives.
