Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at the bar area.
- Take and process drink and food orders accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, tables, and service areas.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Restock bar inventory, including glasses, garnishes, and supplies.
- Support bartenders and other team members to ensure smooth bar operations.
- Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and liquor regulations.
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred (training provided for entry-level).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn.
