Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Aalto Jasper Alberta
Location: 6 Km North On Pyramid Lake Rd, Jasper, AB
Shift: Full-time. Morning shift and evening shift. Weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of daily operations for the hotel restaurant and special events, including banquets.
- Supervise staff and exceed customer expectations at all times.
- Keep food and beverage areas clean and maintain exemplary food hygiene practices.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and staff management.
- Oversee inventory management; properly unpack weekly orders and maintain neat storage locations.
- Address customer complaints or issues and resolve matters expediently.
- Oversee food storage and dining areas for safety regulation and health code compliance.
