Our Client is looking for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager – Fine Dining, located in Pretoria.
Duties & Responsibilities Provide quality service to customers and colleagues, maintaining food and beverage services and support facilities for restaurants and banquets according to hotel and departmental standards. Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. Ensure efficient restaurant operation while maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Lead all aspects of the business. Deliver a high-quality menu and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service. Ensure an efficient Fine Dining experience including wine pairing. Oversee the dining room, check in with customers, and balance seating capacity. Maintain knowledge of the employee handbook, policy, and procedure manual.
