Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, assembly, and display of cafeteria food items according to established recipes and portion standards.
- Serve food and beverages to customers at the cafeteria counter in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Ensure food items are correctly labelled, presented attractively, and maintained at appropriate holding temperatures.
- Replenish food displays, condiments, and service areas during operating hours.
- Clear and clean dining areas, including tables, counters, and tray return stations.
- Collect, sort, and transport soiled trays, crockery, and utensils to the wash‑up area.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of cutleries, containers, crockery, kitchen, cafeteria, and service areas in compliance with food safety and Infection Control requirements.
