Supporting the General Managers, this hands‑on leadership role involves overseeing daily operations, driving exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring the smooth running of all departments within a busy resort environment. The role requires strong hospitality and leadership capability, as well as the ability to speak and understand Xhosa, ensuring respectful and authentic engagement with guests, staff, and the local community.
