We are recruiting an Assistant General Manager for our venue.
Puttshack is an upscale, tech‑infused mini‑golf experience that serves world‑class food and full bar in a cool environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with daily operations and act as liaison between departments and head office.
- Business
- Forecasting & controls – plan ahead to maximise financial opportunities.
- P&L – achieve sales and profit targets; monitor expenditure.
- Financial administration – maintain cash control, banking reconciliation, investigate discrepancies.
- Stock – enforce controls and budgets; conduct monthly stock takes.
- Premises – ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
- Health & Safety – uphold hygiene, statutory, legal and company standards.
